Petsmart Distribution Facility
Constructed to Petsmart specifications, this 1,000,000 SF distribution facility was constructed on a fast tracked schedule by McShane Builders in 2005. While fighting a rural winter and wind conditions, the building enclosure was started in early December and completed in late March. Once the roof was ready to start, Olsson Roofing mobilized ample resources to install the Carlisle 45 mil TPO roof system over 3” insulation (LTTR 19 assembly) to substantially complete the roof system in 7 weeks! |
