Poplar Creek Crossings
As is the trend in retail construction, a fully adhered EPDM over two layers of 2.0” polyisocyanurate insulation roof assembly was installed on this 250,000 SF shopping Center at the corner of Rt. 59 and Rt. 72 in Hoffman Estates and constructed by Leopardo Construction in 2005. Superior wind and fire resistance (FM 1A-90) as well as energy efficiency LTTR=24.2 (exceeds the International Energy Code!) combined with a very user friendly roof system (no rocks!) will afford this project a successful 20 year plus life cycle. |
