Prologis 8000 Morris
As part of the southwestern expansion of the Chicago Distribution Facilities, Prologis is the first Developer to implement a Logisticenter at the strategic location of Interstate 80 and Rt. 47. This 800,000 SF building was constructed by FCL Builders with a ballasted EPDM roofing system installed to Prologis’ exacting specifications. The project schedule was maintained in spite of harsh winter conditions: wind, snow and cold! The design and planning of this project enabled Olsson Roofing to install the roof system in 60,000 SF daily units to minimize the impact of the winter weather. |
