Go west young man! Someone insightfully recommended this move over a century ago. Responding to the growth in distribution facilities in the Rochelle/I-39 region, Centerpoint Properties selected this location for a 400,000 SF speculative warehouse. The project was covered by a 15 year ballasted 45 mil EPDM roofing system with LTTR 14.1 insulation, a typical, cost effective assembly for this type of facility. |
