Reroof Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, prospecting, estimating, selling, coordinating, and producing commercial roofing projects. Candidate will possess proficient roofing system knowledge along with strong verbal & written communication skills.

The successful candidate will also effectively be able to provide extraordinary customer service skills while providing project updates to clients & project team members. This position reports to the Vice President of the Reroof Division.

Responsibilities
- · Develop and track sales leads, and promote Olsson Roofing Company, Inc. services
  · Prospect new clients & consultants to secure work
  · Estimate all job costs using EDGE software & present proposals
  · Pre-production job submittals, drawings, NOA, material purchasing, subcontracts, & safety
  · Monitor project deliverables, labor & material budgets, change order management, & production goals
  · Management of monthly billings, invoices, purchase orders & team meetings
  · Communication & management of team members for multiple projects
  · Interaction across Olsson Roofing Company, Inc. divisions
  · Project closeout, quality control, NOC, & inspections
Qualifications
- · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  · Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  · Proficient in applications and file management such as: Word, Excel, Outlook, Edge, AutoCad, & BlueBeam
